We have moved our Trophy Competition and combimed it with the Wisconsin State Hunting & Fishing Expo Awards Program to give all of the Northeast Wisconsin Hunters the opportunity to display their trophies to the public and earn recognition for their success. You must be a SCI Member to be eligible for the "SCI Presidents Award".
Trophies entered into the Wisconsin Whitetail and Wisconsin Black Bear categories will be judged on SCI score. All other will be judged on the One Shot Rule. That is to say, if you had only one shot, and that shot was for either a Stone sheep or a Black Bear entered in the North American category, which would you choose? Judging is based upon which animal is thought best to represent the category entered. The animal will not be judged on its SCI score, nor on the quality of the taxidermy work. Judges evaluations are independent and final.
There will be SCI Scorers at the Expo all weekend long to score your trophies and help you enter them into the SCI Record Books.
